Lakeland based Central Florida Physicians Alliance (CFPA) is an integrated team of physicians and healthcare professionals committed to supporting effective patient care throughout the healthcare continuum. Founded in 1985 as a management services organization, CFPA believes physicians and other providers have the capability and responsibility to drive high quality, cost effective health care for patients.
CFPA collaborates with more than 40 primary care providers, over 100 specialists, and 12 hospitals in Central Florida. The organization was formed by and is still led by physicians. We provide innovative tools and programs to help drive quality outcomes, while providing cost effective health care for patients.

We currently have more than 150 physician practices located throughout Central Florida, with locations in Hillsborough, Lake, Polk, Hardee, Seminole, Orange, and Osceola counties. Our physicians accept many different insurance plans, provide convenient office hours, operate walk-in clinics, and are available 24/7 for emergency situations.
